Overview

Leadership Vision Lab was created by Kimberly J. Lewis for Slalom to use in leadership workshops, including a Chamber of Commerce workshop with executives. The tool demonstrates how a digital experience can support facilitated leadership development.

Intended audience

Executives and leaders participating in facilitated leadership workshops.

The need it addresses

Workshop participants need a way to reflect on their leadership vision, capture their responses, and carry their next steps beyond the session.

Kimberly's role

Kimberly created the digital workshop tool for Slalom as part of a professional initiative. This is an example of her contribution, not an independent client engagement or Slalom endorsement.

Features and experience

  • A personal profile at the start of the workshop
  • A leadership vision pyramid exploring tasks, impact, influence, and legacy
  • Six guided discovery questions
  • A leadership gap reflection comparing aspiration with experience
  • A personalized leadership vision report with a PDF download option
  • A closing reflection on one decision to make differently

Design and build approach

  • A guided progression moves from profile and reflection to a report and a concrete next step.
  • The digital tool supports a facilitated workshop; it does not replace the facilitator.
