Overview
A demonstration workspace that follows one fictitious engagement — a client onboarding refresh for BrightPath Office Co. — from intake to an editable, quality-checked draft. All people, companies, files, and statistics in the demo are fictitious. People provide the expertise, direct the work, and review and approve AI-assisted content. Similar systems can be tailored to an organization's own processes.
Intended audience
Independent consultants, small businesses, and administrative or operations teams who prepare repeatable project deliverables.
The need it addresses
Project details, brand standards, methodology, and source material often live in separate places, which makes it hard to prepare consistent deliverables.
Kimberly's role
Kimberly J. Lewis designed the system's workflow, workspace structure, and human-review model, and built the demonstration through God’s Diamonds.
Features and experience
Guided four-step intake: client, brand, methodology, and scope
Engagement workspace with client profile, brand assets, methodology, source files, deliverables, timeline, and exports
Methodology selection such as ADDIE, ADKAR, Kotter, Agile, SAM, or a client-supplied approach
Deliverable Generator that turns an uploaded source document into an editable DOCX or PPTX draft
Automated pre-export quality check on each generated draft
Review and approval status for each deliverable
Export Center and a downloadable User Guide
Knowledge Vault and Template Library shown as previews of planned features
Design and build approach
The consultant stays in command: discovery, strategy, facilitation, fact checking, and approval remain human work.
The demo labels what works now, what is a preview, and what is planned.
